THERAPEUTIC TAROT
In a therapeutic tarot session, we pull tarot cards together and explore the significance of those cards to you on both a personal and archetypal level. The cards will guide us in an exploratory conversation that will help you gain clarity and insight about your feelings and needs. Often during session we uncover important steps to take or changes to make to lead you closer to your most authentic, aligned, and abundant path forward.
We use the cards as projective tools that allow your unconscious to reveal itself to you. Unlike predictive tarot, which often focuses on fortune-telling and seeking answers externally, therapeutic tarot focuses on deep self-reflection and empowers you to amplify your inner voice and make aligned decisions for yourself. Each session, we work together to understand how the cards and their symbols relate to what is currently going on in your inner world.
The process is fully guided by your needs and what arises intuitively in the moment. Together we create an exploratory and creative space for you to connect with your own intuition, develop a ritual of self-care, and receive gentle support and guidance.
These sessions can be one-off or recurring, depending on your preference. I recommend syncing your practice with the moon cycle when possible, by scheduling your readings during new and full moons.
Sessions are conducted online via video. I’m also sometimes available for in-person readings in California and beyond, which I announce in my monthly newsletter (sign-up at bottom of page) and on Instagram.

Engaging with tarot sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly allows for deep transformation and intuitive development over time. No need to sign up for automatically recurring sessions, book them weekly when it works, miss a week when you need.
Syncing with the Moon
If you are interested in building regular tarot sessions into your wellness routine, I recommend booking your sessions in sync with the lunar cycle. Harnessing the energy of the moon connects you with the rhythm of the natural world and gives an energetic boost to your efforts. Sessions around the new moon are great for setting intentions, planting seeds, and gaining clarity about your direction. Full moon sessions are great for releasing, exploring strong feelings, and harvesting what’s grown.
